Once you have chosen at least one product, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart”. You can easily modify the content of your shopping cart by clicking on a respective icon next to a product. In order to make an online order, click on “Process Checkout” and follow a three-step guide to finish the order.

We are empowered but not obligated to accept your purchase order within seven days after receipt. If you want to change your purchase order within this period, please write to customercare@mayamaya.ch with more information about your request. Once the order has been dispatched, it is not possible to amend any changes to the order until you receive it at the delivery address..

On each product page it is appropriately marked, if an item variant is not available. It generally is not possible to buy an item that is not in stock. In rare cases, several customers may simultaneously purchase one same item. If this occurs, we will contact you by email and propose a solution.

Gift vouchers purchased from a local MAYA MAYA store cannot be redeemed at the online store. Gift vouchers purchased or issued for online store, cannot be redeemed in a local MAYA MAYA store.

Promotion codes and discounts can be redeemed as payment or partial payment in the shopping cart. The conditions of the respective promotion apply, e.g., the validity period. Only one promotion code can be used per order. Promotions cannot be accumulated.
